TT Energy Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that allows you to:
- Create and manage TRON blockchain wallets
- Send and receive TRX, USDT, and other TRC20 tokens
- Swap tokens via decentralized exchanges
- Rent blockchain resources (energy and bandwidth)
- Check addresses for AML compliance
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Securely storing your seed phrase and private keys
- All transactions made from your wallet
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Verifying transaction details before confirmation
- Maintaining the security of your device
4. Non-Custodial Nature
TT Energy Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. This means:
- You have full control over your private keys
- We cannot access, freeze, or recover your funds
- If you lose your seed phrase, your funds cannot be recovered
- You are responsible for backing up your wallet
5. Risks
Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risks including:
- Price volatility and potential loss of value
- Irreversible transactions
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
- Regulatory changes
- Technical failures or bugs
You acknowledge and accept these risks by using the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TT Energy Wallet and its developers shall not be liable for:
- Loss of funds due to user error or negligence
- Loss of access due to lost seed phrases
- Damages from blockchain network issues
- Third-party service failures
- Market losses or missed opportunities
7. In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases for energy, bandwidth, and AML check packages. All purchases are:
- Processed through Apple's App Store
- Subject to Apple's terms and conditions
- Non-refundable except as required by law
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for:
- Illegal activities or money laundering
- Circumventing sanctions or regulations
- Fraud or deception
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. Since it's non-custodial, your funds remain accessible through your seed phrase using any compatible wallet.
